DESCRIPTION :

BITACEM 240 is a cement-based two-component waterproofing coating made from modified acrylic copolymer combining the best qualities.

UTILITY :

BITACEM 240 can be used in all areas where a leak proof coating is required with or without protection. BITACEM 240 can be installed directly on the surface of work areas such as roofs, balconies, terraces, bathrooms, flower pots, swimming pools, clean water tanks, basements, concrete in seawater, tunnels and others, new buildings or renovations.

SUPERIORITY :

BITACEM 240 is non-toxic and highly recommended for clean water baths. BITACEM 240 has very strong adhesion when cleaned and has a solid surface.

HOW TO USE :

BITACEM 240 must be installed on a clean and firm surface, free from oil, grease and other impurities, and must not be mixed with water. It is recommended to wet the area with clean water until damp before installing the first layer. BITACEM 240 is mixed in a ratio of four parts powder to one part liquid. Put the liquid part first in a clean container then add the powder part gradually, stir gently until it forms a paste, let it sit for five minutes and stir again. Now the mix is ​​ready to use. BITACEM 240 must be installed in at least two layers, apply the first layer with a brush for 0.5 kg /m2. although BITACEM 240 will dry within 1 hour, please wait 2 – 6 hours depending on local weather for second layer installation. Avoid installing BITACEM 240 in direct sunlight or rain. Clean work tools with water.
